Pallet
Transport pallets can be divided into wood, paper and other material categories according to their materials. Wooden pallets include solid wood pallets (made of natural pine, poplar, etc., strong load-bearing and impact-resistant, suitable for long-term turnover of heavy goods such as warehousing, stacking and sea transportation) and plywood pallets (multi-layer veneer glued together, high stability, no need for fumigation, suitable for medium-sized goods and export scenarios). Paper pallets are made of high-strength corrugated paper and honeycomb paper. They are light, environmentally friendly and recyclable. They are mainly used for short-distance transportation of light goods such as e-commerce express delivery and daily chemical distribution. Other material pallets also include plastic pallets and metal pallets (suitable for clean transportation, overweight transportation, etc. respectively). This type of pallet relies on automated production equipment (such as cutting, assembly, and die-cutting equipment), which can not only achieve large-scale standardized production, but also be customized according to the size, load-bearing capacity, and protection requirements of the goods (such as anti-slip surface, reinforcement ribs, and anti-collision design). At the same time, it provides supporting services such as material selection, export quarantine processing, after-sales recycling, and demand assessment. The overall advantage lies in wide scenario adaptability, high production efficiency, and convenient turnover. It can reduce transportation energy consumption and cargo loss, and meet the transportation needs of goods of different weights (light, medium, and heavy) in warehousing, land transportation, sea transportation, e-commerce distribution and other scenarios.
